Rustic Ramen Bowls with MAZU, Nov. 2024

Join us for dinner! And try your hand at making your own ramen bowl. This class will cover the basics of making a hand built bowl using a slab and mold form on the first week, the second week we will glaze the bowls beautiful colors, the final week we will meet at MAZU, on Xenia Ave, for dinner in your new bowl (your first noodle entree included in the cost of registration).
Mazu has a menu inspired by Taiwanese, Israel/Palestine and Indian cuisines. They are bringing beloved, rich flavors to share with the YS community and beyond, flavors that carry their own stories and experiences with them.
